Range and battery

The 48V battery with 15Ah determines how far you can go depending on your usage. More load and more assistance means more consumption, so expect a margin rather than a fixed number. Charging takes about three hours. For daily rides, recharge every few days. If you plan a longer trip, lower the assistance to go further on one charge. A day with a heavy load simply requires more frequent charging.

Motor, speed, and regulations

The brushless 250W motor in the rear wheel supports up to 25 km per hour. You pedal yourself, there is no throttle, so the Off White Q10 counts as a regular electric bike. No license, registration, or helmet required. We advise against tuning: you fall outside the legal category, the bike is not built for it, especially with weight on the back, and your warranty will be void. With a load or a passenger on the back, you want a bike that remains predictable.

Tires, brakes, and riding feel

The 20-inch fatbike tires keep the loaded bike stable on the road. Front and rear suspension dampens vibrations on rough surfaces. The hydraulic disc brakes also provide controlled stopping power with weight on the back. Due to its length and weight, the Q10 is less agile than a short fatbike, so steer more calmly in heavy traffic. You shift with seven gears. Take your first rides with luggage slowly.
