There is no throttle to ride without pedaling, so the Nomads Pro counts as a regular electric bike: no license, registration, or helmet required. We advise against tuning it up, as that would take you out of this category, void your warranty, and the parts are not designed for it.

Brakes, lighting, and equipment

The HDM-5 hydraulic disc brakes with four pistons bring you to a quick and controlled stop, even on long descents or in the rain. Front and rear lights keep you visible in the dark, handy if you leave early or return late. An IP54 rating means a rain shower on the way is no problem, and with a load capacity of up to 120 kg, you can carry yourself plus a backpack or bag. Four-piston brakes are more common on heavier or faster bikes; here they provide extra peace of mind and safety on longer rides.

The Nomads Pro suits those who want to comfortably make longer rides, with suspension, large wheels, and a battery that takes you far.
