Description

Performance The EB2 Pro Fatbike is equipped with a powerful 250W motor that effortlessly supports you up to a speed of 25 km/h. What sets the EB2 Pro apart from the regular EB2 is the advanced torque sensor. Thanks to the smooth and powerful rotation of the drive system, you experience an exceptionally smooth cycling experience, even at low speeds or on uneven terrain. The Shimano Nexus 7 gears shift smoothly and precisely, allowing you to maintain the right cadence regardless of the surface. The hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable and short stopping distances – even on muddy, rough, or wet surfaces, you have optimal control. Comfort & Rotation The lightweight aluminum frame and 20-inch wide tires ensure excellent riding comfort and good grip. The low step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting easy. What truly distinguishes this fatbike is the perfectly balanced rotation of the crankset: every pedal stroke is efficiently converted into forward motion, allowing you to keep cycling smoothly and rhythmically, even on hilly or loose terrain. Display & Range The large full-color LCD display always keeps you informed of speed, distance, battery level, and assistance level. The powerful battery offers a range of approximately 75 km, depending on terrain and assistance mode. Conclusion The EB2 Fatbike offers more than just power and comfort: thanks to the smooth pedal rotation and optimal power transfer, every ride feels like a smooth and controlled experience. Whether you’re riding through the city or enjoying off-road adventures – with the EB2 Fatbike, you enjoy ultimate freedom, comfort, and a phenomenal rotation experience.

Is the EB2 legal?
Yes. The EB2 only assists you if you pedal yourself and stops at 25 km/h, with a 250W motor and no throttle. This makes it just an electric bike, not a moped. So you are allowed to ride it anywhere you can ride a regular bike.
How fast does the EB2 go, and am I allowed to increase its speed?
The EB2 supports speeds up to 25 km/h. Faster is not allowed: once you tune a fatbike, it legally counts as a moped. You are then required to have insurance, a license plate, and a helmet, and your warranty becomes void. With our bikes, you ride safely within the rules.
Do I need a driver's license, insurance, or registration for the EB2?
No. Because the EB2 supports speeds up to 25 km/h, it counts as a regular bike. No driver's license, no license plate, no mandatory insurance. A bike insurance against theft or damage is smart, but that's up to you.
From what age are you allowed to ride the EB2?
There is no legal minimum age for an electric bike like the EB2 in the Netherlands. Anyone can ride it, and wearing a helmet is not mandatory.
How far can you go with the EB2 on a single battery charge?
With the EB2, you can ride approximately 45 to 75 km on a full battery. The exact distance depends on your speed, your weight, how much assistance you use, and the wind.
What warranty do I get on the EB2?
You get a 3-year warranty on the frame and 1 year on the moving parts. If something breaks during that period due to a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it for you.

7GO EB2 Pro Brown at GOfatbike

The 7GO EB2 Pro in brown is the comfortable fatbike with a torque sensor, now available in a warm brown color. This sensor detects how hard you pedal and adjusts the assistance accordingly, making the ride feel natural and smooth instead of a fixed push. Additionally, you get an upright bike with wide tires and a low step-through frame. Designed for daily commuting, not for sporty performance. Below you can read what the EB2 Pro in brown adds and what to watch out for before ordering.

Step-through and comfort

The low step-through makes mounting and dismounting easy; you can swing your leg over effortlessly. The lightweight aluminum frame keeps steering smooth, also in the brown version, as the color does not affect how the bike rides. You sit upright with relaxed arms and a straight back, comfortable for longer rides. If you’re looking for a sporty, bent-over posture, the EB2 Pro is not suitable. Comfort and a relaxed seating position come first, and the brown color complements that calm vibe.

Range and battery

The battery is integrated into the frame and easy to charge. How far you can go on a single charge cannot be captured in a single number. Your weight, the wind, the chosen assistance level, and how often you accelerate or brake all determine the range. At a high assistance level with headwind, you’ll run out of power faster than on a calm ride. The torque sensor manages energy efficiently because the motor only assists when you pedal and only as much as needed. Therefore, expect a margin rather than a fixed figure.

Motor, torque sensor, and regulations

The EB2 Pro in brown has a 250W motor that supports speeds up to 25 km/h. The difference with the regular EB2 is the torque sensor, which measures how hard you pedal and adjusts the assistance accordingly. This makes acceleration feel more natural and helps you tackle hills more evenly. You pedal yourself, and assistance stops above 25 km/h, so the bike counts as a regular electric bike. No license, registration, or helmet required. I advise against tuning the motor: you then fall outside this category, put more strain on the frame and brakes, and usually lose your warranty.

Tires, brakes, and riding feel

The 20-inch wide tires provide grip and absorb bumps, allowing you to ride smoothly on asphalt or a semi-paved path. Together with the torque sensor, the ride feels fluid: the motor gradually engages and gradually eases off, without jerks. The hydraulic disc brakes also perform well when wet and require little force. For shifting, there is a Shimano Nexus 7, which is pleasant for keeping your pedaling rhythm steady. The riding feel is firm and calm. Keep in mind that a fatbike like this weighs a bit, so lifting it takes effort.

Who is this fatbike for

The EB2 Pro in brown suits those who want a comfortable fatbike with the smooth riding feel of a torque sensor and like a warm color. It is more than sufficient for commuting, grocery runs, or weekend rides. The low step-through is nice if mounting high is difficult, and the size also fits taller riders comfortably. Honestly, the difference is mainly in the riding feel and not in the top speed, which remains at 25 km/h. If you want a lightweight bike or a sporty racer, this is not your choice.
