Is the Q6 legal?
Yes. The Q6 only assists you when you pedal yourself and stops at 25 km/h, with a 250W motor and no throttle. This makes it just an electric bike, not a moped. So you are allowed to ride it anywhere you can ride a regular bike.
How fast does the Q6 go, and am I allowed to increase its speed?
The Q6 supports speeds up to 25 km/h. Faster is not allowed: once you increase the speed of a fatbike, it is legally considered a moped. You are then required to have insurance, a license plate, and a helmet, and your warranty becomes void. With our bikes, you ride safely within the rules.
Do I need a driver's license, insurance, or registration for the Q6?
No. Because the Q6 supports up to 25 km/h, it counts as a regular bike. No driver's license, no license plate, no mandatory insurance. A bike insurance against theft or damage is smart, but that is up to you.
From what age are you allowed to ride the Q6?
There is no legal minimum age for an electric bike like the Q6 in the Netherlands. Anyone can ride it, and a helmet is not mandatory.
How far can you go with the Q6 on a single battery charge?

What warranty do I get on the Q6?
